Automation can save you a lot of time, and it can be implemented in a number of areas in your business. In this post we’re taking a look at automation for forms and social media.

Forms

Forms are useful for gathering information from clients and potential clients. If you’re a coach who asks for updates and accountability, then creating a form for this will save you a load of time.

And if you like to gather lots of details on your clients then look into creating a form that they can complete prior to your first call together.

  • JotForm and SurveyMonkey are both free and easy to use. Once set up, you can copy and paste the link to your form on social media, in emails, etc.

  • Using a appointment scheduler like Acuity is great not for automating your booking process but it also allows you to create a questionnaire that will be sent out to those who create a booking.

Social Media Automation

Spend a bit of time each week or month and gather content that you will share on your social media accounts. Once you have everything ready to go, use a scheduler to post your content for you.

Here are a few of the schedulers I have used for social media:

  • Buffer

  • Hootsuite

  • Planoly

There are a lot more out there and most come with free and paid for versions. The free versions are fantastic but usually you are limited to how much you can schedule.
