JotForm and SurveyMonkey are both free and easy to use. Once set up, you can copy and paste the link to your form on social media, in emails, etc.
Using a appointment scheduler like Acuity is great not for automating your booking process but it also allows you to create a questionnaire that will be sent out to those who create a booking.
Social Media Automation
Spend a bit of time each week or month and gather content that you will share on your social media accounts. Once you have everything ready to go, use a scheduler to post your content for you.
